At least he didn't hit a dog house with the dog still chained to it like his auntie.... Oopsies happen - hope he can laugh about it and get back behind the wheel. Hugs, Lee
Posting on the internet adds to the embarrassment too, LOL! The one at our former house got dented on my side when my hubby decided to push the button before I was all the way pulled out! And then later on, I backed out to go to work one morning, and I had forgotton to raise it up. Ugh!
I have been there done that! One week after getting my license no less - it was my first time pulling into the driveway at dark. And I did way more damage - I took out the whole door and the lawnmower inside. :) My parents came home and thought I decided not to try and pull in the garage - until they got closer realized that it was boarded up (by the neighbors...) My dad was calm and priceless "soooo did you know it was down?" We still have a laugh about it on occasion. It slowed me down a bit...which was a good thing too!

We've been there....everyone survived the experience and the embarrassment. Hugs....

Oh. Glad that only the door was hurt. Hope that the driver carries on without a hitch. One can't give up because of a little setback.
Oops..... we have had a few of those in my days..... raising two boys there were many Oops's around my house....
Happy weekend..

It was the young Driver's idea to take a pic and post....a "badge of honor" as it were.
My kids have the ability to be able to laugh at themselves when things aren't perfect and I admire that in them. Because as we all know, that's life!
